7-UP Biscuits

Debbie Guardino

I made these for the first time about a week ago..I made a double batch and my hubby and daughter gobbled them up! I think I got one of them out of that bunch. Last night I made another batch, which is basically 9 biscuits, they are half gone this morning! lol

How to Make 7-UP Biscuits

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. In a bowl, cut the sour cream into the biscuit mix
  3. Add in 7-up, and mix well. It will make a soft dough
  4. Place some dry biscuit mix on counter/board(whatever you use for rolling out dough) and pat the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into about 9 squares.
  6. Melt butter and pour into bottom of 9 inch square pan.
  7. Place biscuits into pan on top of butter.
  8. Bake 12-15 minutes.(My oven bakes hot, so I only bake about 10 mins. If tops don't brown, then I turn broiler on high and watch til they just get golden and out they come!!)
  9. I place a small amount of butter on the tops when they come out of the oven and eat!! YUM!!!
