Ingredients
- 4 cups bisquick
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 7-up
- 1 cup margarine
How To Make 7 up biscuits
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F... add margarine to baking pan and place in oven to melt while you mix the biscuits...
-
Step 2Mix Bisquick, sour cream and 7-up till mixture forms a soft dough... turn out onto a floured surface and pat out to 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick... Cut with a biscuit cutter... re-roll scraps to use all dough...
-
Step 3The key to light, fluffy biscuits is to not over-mix the dough... Remove pan with melted margarine and place biscuits in the pan, turn once to coat in margarine... bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown...
