INGREDIENTS

1 cup “warm and friendly” water (90-100F)
•
2 tsp. instant dry yeast
•
2 tsp. salt
•
1 tsp. sugar
•
3 Tbsp. olive oil (I use Watkins Garlic and Parsley Grapeseed Oil)
•
3-4½ cups flour (You can mix wheat and white for a healthier crust)
•
*Note: If you don’t have garlic oil, you can use garlic powder in its place. I also add fresh herbs to my dough in the summer and in the winter I use Watkins Pasta and Pizza Seasoning Grinder.
