INGREDIENTS

5-6 pork bone-in spare or country-style ribs (3 lbs. or so)

1/4 Cup low sodium soy sauce
•
3-5 Cups water
•
4-6 whole cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed
•
1 1/2 tsp. CRACKED ROSEMARY
•
1 1/2 tsp. TURKISH OREGANO
•
1 WHOLE BAY LEAF
•
1-2 TB. lime juice (juice of one lime)
•
5 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped (or 1-2 TB. PARSLEY FLAKES)
