1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 cup Take Stock beef stock
1/4 cup water
1 container Demi-Glace Gold
2 tbsp butter, unsalted
1 lb cremini mushrooms, stem removed
3/4 cup creme fraiche, at room temperature
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
