2-3 Tbsp of McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning

1 large onion, diced

2 large carrots, grated

1 cup of sauerkraut, well drained
•
¾ of a 6oz can of tomato paste
•
1½ Tbsp brown sugar
•
2 Tbsp heavy cream
•
½ cup water
•
1 tsp of salt
•
½ tsp of pepper
•
2 bay leaves
•
6 Tbsp of olive oil
