For Dough:

1/2 small head of cabbage, shredded
2 medium carrots, grated
1 large sweet onion, diced
5 to 7 white mushrooms, diced
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon each: salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
4 cups canola oil, if frying
