2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 tsp baking soda
•
2 tsp salt
•
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 cup whole milk
•
Oil, bacon grease or butter for frying
•
Serve with apple mash or apple sauce, sugar or sour cream
