Boursin Garlic Swirls

INGREDIENTS
½ cup of (plus 2 tablespoons) milk, heated to 110 degrees Fahrenheit
½ tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
¼ teaspoon of salt
1 ½ tablespoons of butter, softened
1 of egg, beaten and room temperature
½ tablespoon of garlic, minced
1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
½ cup of boursin cheese at room temperature
½ tablespoon of unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
½ teaspoon of salt
of melted butter
1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
