For vanilla cream filling:
•5 large egg yolks
•4 tablespoons all purpose flour
•2/3 cup granulated sugar
•1/8 teaspoon salt
•2 cups milk
•3 tablespoons unsalted butter
•1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•1/8 teaspoon almond extract
For chocolate glaze:
•1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
•1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
•1/2 cup milk
•1/8 teaspoon salt
•6 tablespoons unsalted butter
•1 teaspoon vanilla
