for the filling:
•
2 8oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
•
1 8oz. tub whipped topping (I used Cool Whip)
•
1/2 c powdered sugar
•
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
for the ganache:
•
6oz. semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
•
1/4 c + 2 Tbps heavy cream or half and half
•
1 and 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
•
1 and 1/2 Tbsp corn syrup
