1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice*

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk

2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour*

For the pineapple juice, I use 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) of Dole frozen 100% pineapple juice concentrate and 3/8 cup (1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) water.
