Ingredients: 2 cups blueberries, rinsed; 3 Tbsp. sugar (or more if you prefer it sweeter); 2 Tbsp. cold water; 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice; 1.5 tsp. cornstarch; ¼ tsp. vanilla
