1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or non-dairy milk you like)
1/4 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt (we used coconut yogurt)
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 cup Blueberry (fresh or thawed)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2-3 Blueberry
2 teaspoons Shredded Coconut
1 teaspoon Peanut Butter (Unsalted)
1 pinch Lemon Zest
