Blueberry Lemon Scones Recipe

8 tablespoons unsalted butter - frozen ((1 stick))
1 cup fresh blueberries – freeze for 30 minutes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups confectioners' sugar (, sifted)
