1 cup buttermilk
•
1/2 cup unsalted butter, very soft (melted and cooled)

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 ripe banana
•
8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tsp lemon juice
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1 egg
•
1-2 cups blueberries
•
1/3 cup blueberry jam, slightly warmed
•
3 Tbl coarse sugar (or for some crunch use turbinado sugar)
