INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

1/3 cup milk

1 1/2 to 2 cups blueberries

1 TBSP flour this is to coat the blueberries, helps them from sinking to the bottom of the

loaf when baking

2 egg whites (beaten until stiff peaks form)
•
1/4 cup white sugar (add this to the egg whites after they are beaten, little at a time)

Filling:
•
8 ounce package cream cheese
•
1/2 cup sugar
•
1 TBSP flour
•
1 egg
•
1 TBSP orange zest, I used a clementine or you
•
could use lemon)
•
Glaze:
•
2 TBSP Sugar
•
1/2 tsp vanilla
•
1 teaspoon water
