⅔ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup cream
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
4 tbsp butter, room temperature, cut into small pieces
