1 1/3 cups fresh cherries, pitted, and quartered

1/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch
•
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

(I used one lemon for both the zest and the juice.)

•
1/4 cup brown sugar
•
1/4 cup oats
•
2 tablespoons flour
•
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt
