INGREDIENTS
8 ounces Philly cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces can of cream corn
16 ounces bag of niblet corn & butter sauce
1 can of diced green chiles
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon Paula's house seasoning
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup Colby Jack cheese
1 cup crunched up blue corn tortilla chips
6 tabs of butter
1 Roma tomato
1 handful of cilantro
