1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
