Ingredients
- 3/4 C Olive oil
- 1/2 C Tarragon (or red ) wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 3 oz Roquefort cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1 Clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
- 1/2 tsp Powdered mustard
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
How To Make blender garlic roquefort dressing

Step 1Buzz all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed for 1 or 2 minutes, or until creamy. Pour into a jar, cover and chill until ready to use. Shake well, then use to dress crisp green salad. Dressing will keep well in refrigerator (about two weeks).
