Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Olive oil
  • 1/2 C Tarragon (or red ) wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 3 oz Roquefort cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 Clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered mustard
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

How To Make blender garlic roquefort dressing

  • Step 1
    Buzz all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed for 1 or 2 minutes, or until creamy. Pour into a jar, cover and chill until ready to use. Shake well, then use to dress crisp green salad. Dressing will keep well in refrigerator (about two weeks).
