Fruit mixture:
4 large or 6 medium peaches; 2 cans; or 2 cups frozen
2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
butter for greasing
Oatmeal scone mix:
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
