24 blackberries (most supermarkets carry blackberries all year round)

fresh thyme leaves, removed from their stems, for garnish

for the cream cheese tart crust:

1 cup all-purpose flour
•
pinch of salt

7 tablespoons unsalted butter, but into tablespoons, at room temperature
