1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk

2 cups corn flakes, crushed into fine crumbs

1/2 cup Cheez-Its or gold fish, crushed into fine crumbs

1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
•
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
•
2 teaspoons fajita seasoning

1 teaspoon fresh black pepper pepper

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (I use 0% fat)
•
2 tablespoon buttermilk
•
3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
•
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
•
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
•
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
•
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
