½ tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground black pepper (see note below)
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
1 ¼ pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (cubed into smaller pieces)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Splash of low-sodium soy sauce
1 medium green bell pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
½ large white onion (cut into 1" pieces)
3 stalks of celery (sliced into 1" angles)
