I was inspired by a friend who made a Cherpumplle, a cherry pie, pumpkin pie, and apple pie each baked in a cake, stacked together and frosted as one extreme dessert. A genius idea, but I wanted to start with someth; You will need:; One Chocolate Cake Mix; water, oil and eggs; One Frozen cherry pie; Vanilla Frosting; Sure you can make your pie and or cake recipe from scratch, but this was easier. You could also use chocolate frosting, but I like vanilla.; Feel free to use this technique for making any sort of pie in cake combo.
