"A fabulously tangy black bean dip!..."
INGREDIENTS

2 (15 ounce) cans, reduced-sodium black beans

1/2-2/3 cup lime juice, about 3 limes (Start by adding 1/2 a cup and increase as you taste. We liked it really lime-y so went for the whole 2/3 cup!)

1/8 cup chopped red onion
•
1/2 cup cilantro
•
1/2 teaspoon cumin
•
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
•
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
•
1 clove of garlic
