• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 4 cups low sodium chicken or vegetable broth

• 1- 15oz can diced tomatoes
•
• 1- 15 oz canned pumpkin
•
• 1- 15oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
•
• Optional seasonings to taste: chili powder, salt and pepper, cumin or dried basil.
