INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced
•
2 teaspoons ground cumin
•
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
•
1 15 ounce can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
•
1 15 ounce can black beans, lightly rinsed and drained (I just do it right in the can and use the lid to drain)
•
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth or stock
•
2 teaspoons TABASCO Chipotle Pepper Sauce
•
juice of half a lime
•
4-5 cups chopped kale
•
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
