• 8 or 9 pieces of chicken

• Salt

• Melted butter and oil for coating chicken
•
For coating

• 20 ounces Bisquick
•
• 1 cup chicken coating from bulk food store
•
• 2½ cups "runion" mix (a bulk seasoning mix similar to Shake 'n Bake available at Amish country stores)
•
• ½ tablespoon paprika
•
• 1¼ pounds Gold Medal flour
•
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt
•
• 1 ounce seasoned salt
•
• ¼ cup white sugar
