1/2 cup (4 ounces or 115 grams) unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup (65 grams) light or dark brown sugar
1/3 cup (65 grams) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/3 cups (175 grams) all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/3 cup (80 grams) sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (130 grams) all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
