INGREDIENTS

4 cups bread flour
•
1 packet active, dry yeast
•
2 teaspoons salt
•
1 and 3/4 cup warm water
•
~onion poppyseed bialy filling~
•
heat 6 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil in a skillet
•
add 1/2 cup finely chopped onion to oil
•
saute until lightly browned and caramelized
•
(about 5 minutes)
•
Remove from heat and add:
•
2-3 teaspoons poppy seeds
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon ground, black pepper
