Ingredients: 1 (18.25 oz) package Devil’s food cake mix (and the eggs, oil and water it calls for); 1/2 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed milk; 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce; 1/4 cup Chocolate Syrup; 1 (8 ounce) container Cool-Whip, thawed; 3 Chocolate covered Toffee candy bars ( I used Skors) OR Chopped Snickers Candy Bars
