INGREDIENTS

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or walnuts)
•
(I used my blender to chop the nuts)
•
1/2 cup brown sugar
•
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
•
1/8 tsp. salt
•
1/2 cup butter, softened
•
3/4 cup granulated sugar
•
3 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
•
3 cups fresh raspberries
•
2 cups chopped fresh OR frozen rhubarb
•
Note - If you are using frozen rhubarb for this recipe, thaw it in a sieve over a bowl, and discard the excess liquid.
