4 Oz can of diced green chilies (undrained)

1-1/2 to 2 tsp Adobo with pepper seasoning, or salt
•
3 Oz Hot sauce (I used Cholula)
•
2 tsp cumin powder
•
1 tsp black pepper
•
2 tsp chili powder
•
2-1/2 tsp garlic powder
•
1 tsp dried oregano
•
2 bay leaves
•
3 tbsp olive oil
•
Water *enough to cover the roast*
