1 stick butter, melted

1-1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus 1/4 cup extra for topping)

1-1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese (plus 1/4 cup extra for topping)

1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

salt & pepper to taste
