3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups sugar
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
⅛ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
