INGREDIENTS

16 ounces flaked imitation crab meat. Pull apart into even smaller pieces as necessary.

1/2 cup finely diced celery (I used one large stalk)
•
1 Tablespoon onion powder (or ¼ finely diced red onion.)
•
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
•
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
•
1/2 cup mayo
•
1 1/2 Tablespoons freshly chopped dill (plus additional for garnish.)
•
A little chopped parsley for garnish as well (optional)
•
4 small croissants or 2 large croissants for serving
