INGREDIENTS
For the crust:
1 ½ cups all purpose flour

1-2 tablespoons cold water
For the filling:
¾ cup whipping cream
1 8-ounce container mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
1 heaping tablespoon powdered sugar
1 cup lemon curd
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 pint raspberries
¼ cup strawberry preserves
Mint leaves for garnish
