Great served hot or room temperature and if you like, topped with milk or yogurt. Serves 8, but it's so good, you'll probably only get 4 servings...."
INGREDIENTS

4 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 less fat

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 Large Eggs, beaten

1/2 cup Milk
•
1 teaspoon vanilla
•
3 cups Uncooked Old-fashioned Oats
•
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
3/4 cup White Sugar or Splenda (works well in this recipe!)

1 to 2 Cups of any fruit (I used blueberries & peaches) apples and/or raisins are good, too.
