INGREDIENTS
You may mistaken this for a cheesecake. Although similar, this refreshing berry dessert has a lighter texture and is much easier to whip up!
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
1½ cups finely ground Graham Cracker Crumbs (about 10-12 crackers)
1 tablespoon Sugar
6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted + additional if needed
Berry Custard Filling:
3 (14oz) cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
4 large Egg Yolks
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (about 3 lemons)
2 tablespoons grated Lemon Zest (about 3 lemons)
6 ounces fresh Raspberries
6 ounces fresh Blueberries
6 ounces fresh Blackberries
Special Equipment: 9-inch Springform Pan
