1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups cooking oats

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) chilled butter, cut into cubes

zest of two lemons

Berry Filling
•
4 large eggs
•
2 cups sugar
•
1 cup sour cream
•
juice of 1 large or 2 small lemons
•
3/4 cup flour
•
pinch of salt
•
6 cups of fresh berries, or 2 (16 oz) pkgs frozen berries
•
If you use frozen berries, be sure to defrost overnight and drain excess liquid to make them ready for baking.
