Ingredients: 3 slices dried bread; 1 tsp. salt; 3/4 C. warm water; 1/4 C. olive oil; 2 lb. ground beef; 1 pkg. onion soup mix; 1 egg; 1 12 oz. can beer; 2 garlic cloves; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce; 1 C. sour cream
