INGREDIENTS
Beer Can Chicken Rub (1/4 Cup of Rub)
2 TBSP. Paprika
11/2 tsp. Dark Brown Sugar
11/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp. Celery Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
Beer Butt Chicken:
4-5 pound young chicken
Beer of your choice- dispose of half
as you see fit. :)
6 tablespoons of dry rub
