3 carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slices

1 broccoli crown, florets cut from stem
•
1/4 small onion, sliced
•
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
•
2 cloves garlic, minced
•
1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
•
2 green onions, sliced
•
1 Tbsp brown sugar
•
2 Tbsp soy sauce
•
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 Tbsp water
