1 1/2 lb beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tbsp minced garlic or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
