2 cups beef broth ((I like to use Better thank Bouillon Beef base))

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worchestershire
•
1 tablespoon minced garlic
•
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
•
kosher salt and pepper ((about 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper))

2 tablespoons cornstarch
•
1 cup sour cream
•
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
