INGREDIENTS
For the pastries:
1/2 pound (227g) ground beef
1/2 medium onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup finely diced mushrooms
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 package (10oz/300g pkg) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
6 ounces (150g) feta cheese, crumbled
1 package (450g) puff pastry
1 large egg
1 teaspoon water
For the tzatziki sauce:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup chopped cucumber
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
