6 cup Red wine Cabernet
6 cup Water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
600 grams Mushrooms thinly sliced
4 large Carrots thickly cut
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
3 Garlic cloves
11/2 Lemon zested
1 cup flat-leaf parsley chopped
2 teaspoon Olive oil
